The user name and password is to be provided by either the sales manager or builder manager. This information is to be filled into the login screen.
Note: The user name is not case sensitive however the password is and therefore must be input precisely.
Users may select ‘Remember Me?’ which will indicate to their browser to automatically populate the username the next time they access SaleFish.
If the user has forgotten their password, they may select ‘Forgot your password?’. This will bring up a window to enter their email address. Their user name and password will subsequently be emailed to the email address that was provided upon sign in creation.
